2. Demo Environment
Certain features of the Novi website may allow you to interact with a demonstration of our intake technology.
The Novi demo is provided solely to demonstrate how an intake system may collect, structure, route, and follow up on information.
When using the demo, please use fictional information and do not provide confidential information, information about an actual legal matter, Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, authentication codes, government identification numbers, medical-record identifiers, insurance identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

Novi may offer users the option to receive information related to a Novi demonstration by SMS or text message.

Messages may include a demonstration intake summary, a link to a demonstration intake record, or other transactional information directly related to the demonstration.
Message frequency varies and is generally limited to messages associated with the demo you requested. Message and data rates may apply.
Novi does not use consent to receive a demo summary as consent to receive unrelated marketing messages. Marketing communications, if offered in the future, will require any consent required by applicable law and will be handled separately.
